Token Metrics Customer Refund and Cancellation Policy

Token Metrics offers limited refunds based on each scenario and when you cancel. If eligible, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Support is available exclusively through our official Discord and Telegram channels.
đ 1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your Token Metrics subscription:
Log in to your account
Go to Account Settings > Subscriptions
Scroll down and click âCancel Your Subscriptionâ
In the confirmation modal, click âProceed to Cancelâ
If eligible for a refund, confirm your cancellation and request the refund
â ď¸ You can cancel your subscription through your account; however, this will only stop future renewals and will not provide a refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team. Refund eligibility will be determined based on our refund policy.

1.2 What Happens After You Cancel
Your subscription will be canceled immediately upon confirmation
If you're eligible for a refund, please contact our support team to submit your request. It will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
If youâre not eligible, youâll retain access to your plan until the end of your billing cycle
đ° 2. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on whether itâs your first purchase or a renewal.
2.1 Refund Eligibility Criteria
7-Day First Purchase Refund
Applies to most users globally
Cancel within 7 days of your first subscription purchase to qualify for a full refund
14-Day Renewal Refund
Applies to all users
Cancel within 14 days of your latest renewal for a refund
No Refunds
Cancellations outside these windows will not receive a refund
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle
2.2 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5â10 business days, depending on your bank
If delayed beyond 10 days, contact our team on Discord or Telegram (see Section 4)

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Requests beyond eligibility windows (after 7 or 14 days, depending if it is your first subscription or renewal. See Section 2.1)
Partial billing periods or unused time remaining after cancellation
Promotional subscriptions unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service

đł How Upgrades Work
When you upgrade your subscription, Token Metrics will automatically:
Refund the unused portion of your current plan (prorated)
Charge the full amount for the new, upgraded plan
This ensures a smooth transition without double-billing or lost value.

If youâve been subscribed to the Advanced Annual Plan for six months and decide to upgrade to the Premium Annual Plan, hereâs what happens:
You receive a $199.99 refund for the unused 6 months of the Advanced plan
Youâre then charged $1,999.99 for the full year of the Premium plan

Prorated refunds are automatically applied at the time of the upgrade
The new plan term (monthly or annual) starts immediately after the upgrade
Upgrade refunds follow the same processing timeline: 5â10 business days
